Michael Hall is a developer, researcher, coach, trainer and prolific author in the Cognitive Sciences having developed the most cutting-edge new concepts in NLP and NS today, the Meta-States Model, Matrix Model, and co-developed the Axes of Change Model. Michael brings playfulness and humour to training, and is renowned for his passion and integrity. He co-founded the International Society of Neuro-Semantics and The Meta-CoachTM Foundation (MCF). Michael is the Academic Director and Researcher for the MCF and has authored and published more than 30 books to date.

Laureli Blyth has over 20 years in the field of NLP. She is a well known and respected International NLP Master Trainer, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Numerologist. American by birth she now makes her home in Australia. She lectures and teaches programs in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. The founder and director the Australasian Institute of NLP in Sydney, she inspires and assists others to use their minds, get their voice and have the life they desire. Dr. Heidi Heron, PsyD

Heidi Heron has been involved with the technology of NLP for most of her life and is an accredited International Master Trainer of NLP, NLP Master Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. She has obtained her Doctorate in Psyhology from the University of Southern California, undergrad degrees in Psychology and Communication from the University of Northern Colorado and her Masters Degree in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix. Heidi has a background in Corporate Human Resources Management and Personal Development. She has studied NLP with some of the top leaders in NLP and continues to up-skill herself personally and professionally. Heidi has been working in the field of Human Development since 1992. Currently, Heidi holds the role of Chairperson for the Australian Board of NLP (www.abnlp.org.au).
